    Dosage

    Suggested use: Our philosophy is less is more. If you are unsure about how much to take contact us for a consultation with our physician. 

    Adults: Take 1-2 droppers daily as needed. 1 dropper (1ml) = 25mg

    Instructions

    1. Place up desired amount of tincture under the tongue, hold for 60-90 seconds, then swallow.
    2. For increased absorption take on an empty stomach with a high fat food, such as avocado, cheese or nuts. Can also be used in coffee, tea, smoothies, water, or other beverages.
    For best results store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
